浅析纯水生产过程中离子交换树脂的处理

摘要:介绍了离子交换树脂及其分类,离子交换树脂的命名和型号,水处理常用离子交换树
脂的交换特性。分析了001 × 7 离子交换树脂用于水处理过程中变铁红、变橙、粉碎对工作交换
容量的不同影响。提出了正常使用变红、变橙和非受冻裂后的可使用性与受冻裂后工作交换容量
的不可恢复性,以及离子交换树脂的保存、使用和鉴别方法。

Abstract:The classification,naming,types and the exchange characteristics of ion exchange resin were
introducted . The different effects of the going red,going orange and breakage in the process of using 001 × 7
cation exchange resin in water treatment on the working exchange capacity were analysed . Besides those,the
practicality of using the going red,going orange and breaking resin without being frozen in normal service and
the irretrievability of working exchange capacity of breaking resin after being frosen were discussed . In
addition,the preservation,utilization and identification of the ion exchange resin were proposed .
