摘要
山区公路建设在我国公路建设网中占据着重要的地位,但也存在着高填深挖诱发的
地质灾害,破坏原有的植被和表土、水土流失、干扰破坏动物生境等一系列严重的生态
环境问题。本课题通过对典型案例“宝汉高速公路”做模式分析,目的是找到最大限度
减少生态破坏和污染,也最适合现今公路施工期工程建设与生态保护共同发展的措施及
相应的制度。
本论文以宝汉高速公路坪坎至汉中(石门)段公路工程为研究对象,结合山区自然
环境特征及山区高速公路的建设特点,通过对公路施工期生态环境影响分析,着重探讨
了国内外在公路施工期已运用的和正在探究的边坡生态防护技术、隧道施工地下水保
护、桥梁生态锥坡、沿线绿化、景观设计、表土回用、弃土弃渣回用及野生动植物的防
护措施等技术方法,提出适合项目区所在的山岭重丘区公路施工的生态保护技术。最终
编制了《宝汉高速公路建设生态保护指南》(参考)用于指导和规范宝汉高速公路建设
生态保护的各项工作,为施工阶段进一步落实技术措施提出具体的工作内容和要求。
《宝汉高速公路建设生态保护指南》包括总则、技术方法、运行管理和行政管理四
个方面的内容,对生态保护中的沿线植被、动物保护、水土保持、土壤利用和水环境都
给出了具体的施工方案,也给出了行政管理的编制原则,以及运行管理的具体实施。不
仅为施工过程提供有力的技术支持,也为山区公路建设提供了一个可以操作的生态保护
指南。

Abstract
The upies an workofhighway
constructioninChina, but alsofaced with some problems , geological disasters
inducedbyferreting outhigh fillappeared in large numbers, destroy the original vegetation
andtopsoil,inducedsoilerosion, disruptanimalhabitats and a series ofserious environmental
problems. This issue through a typical case of"Bao Han highway" does patternanalysis.
Thegoal is to findtominimizeecological destructionand pollution, but also the
mostsuitableforthedevelopmentofmodernhighway constructionphase of the
