摘要:心悸为临床极常见症状,见于现代医学各种心脏疾患所引起的心律失常,尤其是室性心律失常。目前心律失常的证候研究是中西医结合的热点问题,许多学者对其客观化、标准化研究进行了探索。证候研究是开展中医证候客观化的关键环节,是连接临床和基础研究的桥梁,已越来越多地应用于心系疾病的研究。文章从室性心律失常的辨证分型、证候分布以及辨证指标等方面对其进行综述,以深层研究室性心律失常中医证候的科学内涵。

Abstract: Heart palpitations is a symptom mon in the clinical,which can be seen in Cardiac Arrhythmias caused by various heart disease In modern medicine, especially in ventricular arrhythmia. At present, The study of TCM syndrome in Heart palpitations is the hot spot for integrated traditional and Western medicine, of Which Many scholars have explored the Objectification and Standardization. The study of TCM syndrome is a key to develop the TCM syndrome objective research and a connection between clinical and basical theory,Which has been applied to the study of Heart disease. The article is a overview of ventricular arrhythmia in the Aspect besides Differentiation of symptoms and signs, Syndrome distribution and Index for TCM Syndrome ,so as to Further study the Scientific connotation of TCM Syndrome in ventricular arrhythmia.

心悸包括惊悸、怔仲,是人群中广泛分布的心系疾病,也是多种疾病中的常见症状。通过心悸发作时心律失常检出率发现,室性心律失常所致的心悸显著高于房性心律失常[1],因此,该病祖国医学多根据“心悸”进行辨证论治。室性心律失常是是心律失常的一个重要亚型,有研究表明[2],心脏病猝死的幸存者中,Holter
