[摘要] 院系资料室是高校图书情报系统的分支机构和重要组成部分,拥有图书馆无法比拟的优势和不可替代的作用,但现阶段也存在明显的不足之处。本文分析了山东省内高校院系资料室的建设现状,剖析了国内重点高校院系资料室的建设模式,探讨了现阶段院系资料室的建设方向,并提出了加强院系资料室建设的建议。

[Abstract] With the parable superiority and not substitute for the role of reference room of the college , it is the onent of the library information systems. However, at this stage is the obvious paper analyses the reference room of the college’s status quo of the nature reserve construction in Shandong Province. The paper also analyses the project delivery system for the reference room of natonal key auther discussed the directioncon of struction and points out the devloping trend of the reference room.

院系资料室是高校图书情报系统的分支机构和重要组成部分,拥有图书馆无法比拟的优势和不可替代的作用。然而,由于近些年来受诸多方面因素的影响,院系资料室的作用正在逐步弱化。因此,深入探讨高校院系资料室的建设方向这一问题,对于构建全校信息资源一体化体系,更好地为教学和科研服务,具有非常积极的现实意义。
一、院系资料室的建设现状
笔者近期对山东省内30所高校院系资料室情况进行了摸底,发现有26所高校院系资料室仍在保留使用,在此基础上笔者对山东大学、山东师范大学、山东建筑大学、山东科技大学、山东理工大学、山东农业大学、山东中医药大学、济南大学、聊城大学、烟台大学、曲阜师范大学、青岛理工大学、青岛科技大学、青岛农业大学、山东经济学院、山东财政学院、山东体育学院、山东工商学院、山东艺术学院、滨州医学院
等20所高校进行了调查。尽管不同高校的院系资料室在资源建设和管理及读者服务等诸多方面存在差异,但仍有一些共性值得研究。
