摘要:河北中钢5机架全连续冷连轧机组是我国自主研制开发的全连续冷连轧生产线,并且成功应用TDC作为主要控制器。针对该生产线机架间张力控制所采用的一种简单自适应控制算法进行了相应的仿真研究和实际应用。仿真和实际运行结果表明,该控制器与传统的PI控制器相比,显著提高了系统的动态响应性能,系统输出能够很好地跟踪参考模型的输出,具有较好的鲁棒性。

The application of Simple Adaptive Control in cold-rolling mill's tension control

Abstract:Five-stand continuous tandem cold-rolling mill for Hebei Zhong Steel is the first domestic product line of cold strip, which is researched and developed independently, and use the SIMATIC TDC essfully as the main controller for the first time. In this paper, one algorithm of simple adaptive control is simulated and put into practice for the tension control between the stands in this line. The result indicates, comparing mon PI controller, its dynamic response performance of system is advanced observably and the output can trace well the output of referenced model, taking on good robustness.

1 引言
在带钢的冷轧过程中,张力是一个极为重要的参数,机架间带钢所承受的张力T为常数是轧制过程处于平衡状态下的一个基本条件。任何因素对张力产生影响,使其发生波动,不仅会破坏本机架的平衡状态,而且还会通过带钢顺流和逆流来影响整个轧机系统的平衡状态。因此维持冷轧机机架间张力恒定对轧制过程的顺利进行,提高产品的厚度和板形精度有重要的意义。
