滦河迁安段生态防洪工程效益分析

摘要: 滦河是华北地区的第二大河流, 也是迁安市的母亲河。其对该区社会经济发展的作用举足轻重。迁安市从
2003 年开始, 对境内河段采用超常观念和大量新技术、新成果, 进行了脱胎换骨式的综合治理和改造。治理后的河
段具备“防洪、蓄水、造地、美化”四大功能, 更具十分明显的社会、经济、环保、生态效益。为该区未来社会、经济可持
续发展, 提供了生机和活力。

Abstract: T he L uanhe Riv er is the second larg est river in north China, w hich has great impact on so cial and eco no mic
dev elopment in this area . F ro m 2003, t prehensive management w as co nduct ed in this river sectio n using new
techno log y, the riv er section has four functio ns: flo od resista nce, water sto rag e, ma king up field and landscaping , mo reo ver, it
has great ecolog ical and econo mic benefits.
