中文摘要

电梯是随着高层建筑的兴建而发展起来的一种垂直运输工具。在现代社会,电梯已像汽车、轮船一样,成为人类不可缺少的交通运输工具。它有多种控制方式,如继电器控制,PLC控制等。PLC控制电梯有如下的特点:可靠性高, PLC的平均无故障时间(MTBF)一般可达3~5万小时。而且能在工业环境下可靠地工作;编程简单,PLC最常用的编程语言是梯形图语言。这种编程语言形象直观,容易掌握,当工作流程需要改变时,可以现场改变程序,使用方便、灵活;体积小、结构紧凑、安装、维修方便。本文介绍了一种控制的VVVF的电梯控制系统,通过与其它电梯控制系统比较,得出了其控制的优越性,并对其进行了较详细的软硬件设计,对于软硬件设计采用了模块化设计的思想,并说明了控制方式的可行性。

ABSTRACT

Elevator, developed with the construction of high architecture of vertical transportation tools. In the modern society, elevator, like cars, steamboats has e indispensable transportation tool for human beings. There are several control ways, such as relay and PLC control, and so on. The features of PLC control elevator are the following: First, high reliability. The MTBF of PLC can generally reach 30000 to 50000 hours. And it can easily adapt to the environments. That it can work reliably under the industrial environment. Second, easily program. monly used programming language is ladder diagram language, which is imagic and can be easily mastered. When the working process need to be changed, the program can be changed on spot, which is convenient and flexible. Third, small volume pact structure and it is easy to install and paper introduces the system structure of a VVVF (variable voltage variable frequency) elevator control system with PLC, we can find the advantage of this control method pared with others, we achieve its hardware and software design in detail with a idea of module and clarifies that this control mode is feasible.
