【摘要】本文针对大型进口冶金设备部件的国产替代问题进行了深入的研究探索,这类大
型设备在使用过程中存在结构复杂、部件繁多和维护成本过高的问题。本着节能增效的目标,
本文从设备部件结构的分析到零部件国产替代的可行性分析,并结合实例,归纳提出了进口
设备部件实现国产化替代的具体做法,对降低设备维护保养成本、提高维修效率具有重要意
义。

Abstract:In this paper,the author is looking for an answer to the question about spare parts’ domesticsubstitution
for large-scaleimports of metallurgicalequipments. This kinds of equipment are plicated and there are
too many parts in the machine, so it takes us so much money to repair and maintain them. In order to reduce the
maintenancecost, we tried our best to find a studied the structure of the machine bined with the
examples, the paper shows us some achievable methods to produce spare parts by machine users but not buying
them from machine suppliers. It is proved that has an important significance to reduce maintenance cost and to
improvethe repair efficiency.

为满足我国冶金工业快速发展的需要,冶金行业购置引进的国外先进大型生产设备不断
增多。这些设备在使用过程中,由于设备庞大,结构复杂,部件繁多,要保证设备的正常运
转,使用单位必须准备相当数量的备件。一般来说,从欧美进口的设备,其备件尤其是关键
零部件的价格都比较昂贵。设备使用单位在储备备件时,往往需要较多的周转资金。为了有
效降低设备的维护保养成本,许多单位开展了进口设备关键零部件的国产化替代工作。本人
长期从事进口大型设备的安装调试、管理与维护,在进口设备的备件国产化替代方面进行过
尝试,现将这方面的一些心得体会梳理成文,希望能给同行者提供借鉴或参考。
