根据黑龙宫镇污水的特点,通过工艺分析和经济对比,本设计采用序批式活性污泥工艺(SBR)。
SBR是序列间歇式活性污泥法(Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process)的简称,是一种按间歇曝气方式来运行的活性污泥污水处理技术,又称序批式活性污泥法。
本设计主要内容包括,工艺流程确定、污水处理构筑物设计计算、污泥处理构筑物的计算、污水厂的平面及高程布置、附属构筑物及设备的选型。其中设计要完成设计说明书一份,污水处理厂总平面图一张,污水处理厂污水和污泥高程图,一张,工艺流程图一张,及五张单个处理构筑物平面图,剖面图的设计图,污水处理厂出水要达到国家《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》GB18918-2002一级标准中的B标准,所选的序批式活性污泥工艺具有良好的脱氮除磷效果。

Abstract
According to the characteristics of HeiLongGong town sewage, through the analysis of the technology and economy, this design USES contrast with the activated sludge process (SBR).
SBR is a Sequencing Batch Reactor (Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process) in short, is a way to run under intermittent aeration activated sludge wastewater treatment technology, also known as sequencing batch reactor.
The design of the main contents include process identification, sewage treatment tank design calculation, the calculation of the sludge treatment tank, the sewage plant in the Horizontal and Vertical layout, selection of ancillary structures and equipment. Sewage treatment plant effluent to meet the national "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB18989-2002) 1 B standard, the selected sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process has a good effect of nitrogen and phosphorus
