摘要:使用激光导热仪测试4种炭黑以不同体积份数填充天然橡胶复合材料的导热性能。详细介绍了激光导热仪的测试原理、测试前的准备工作、测试过程以及测试工作的注意事项等,给出热扩散系数、比热与导热系数随温度的变化规律和不同炭黑的导热性能对比情况,并进行合理性分析。结果表明,采用激光导热仪测试橡胶导热性能是可行的,采用的方法是可靠的。

Application of Laser Thermal Conductivity Testing Instrument on Rubber Thermal Conductivity Research

Abstract: Thermal conductivity of four kinds of carbon black filled natural rubber with different volume percent was studied by laser thermal conductivity testing of the instrument, preparation work before measurment, the processing, and matters need attention were intruduced in dependence of thermal diffusion coefficient,specific heat and thermal conductivity on temperature were shown,and thermal conductivity of different kinds of carbon black filled rubber pared and conclusion can be drawn that thermal conducivity of rubber can be measured by laser thermal conductivity testing instrument, and the measuring method was credible.

1 引言
橡胶热物性的研究对于橡胶制品的设计与使用具有重要的指导意义,而导热系数是其中非常重要的参数,人们对橡胶导热性能在温度、结晶度和晶体取向等方面做了一系列的研究工作[1]。炭黑是橡胶材料重要的补强剂,在橡胶制品中得到了广泛的应用,对炭黑/橡胶复合材料导热性能的研究具有非常重要的现实意义。炭黑/橡胶
