摘要:采用中空纤维膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺处理高稠油炼制废水,研究结果表明,MBR工艺可以有效的用于处理高稠油炼制废水,COD、%、%、%,,氨氮小于1mg/l,油含量小于2mg/l,出水水质全面优于传统生化工艺。

A pilot study of membrane bioreactor (MBR) on the treatment of highly viscous crude refinery wastewater

Abstract: In This study, a pilot hollow fiber membrane bioreactor (MBR) was used to treat crude refinery wastewater of high viscosity. The results showed that the MBR process was highly efficient in eliminating COD (% removed), NH3-N (% removed) and oil (% removed). The effluent had mgl-1 COD, less than 1 mgl-1NH3-N, and less than 2mg l-1 oil, which excelled the traditional biological treatment prehensively.

1 引言
关于高稠油炼制废水的处理,国内外已有不少报道[1, 2],目前通常采用“隔油+气浮+生化”处理工艺。由于高稠油炼制废水中油类物质含有胶质和沥青质,因此油水密度差小、杂质多、粘度大、乳化严重,同时由于各种污水混合后,水温较低,水中高稠油和超高稠油的成分密度与水接近、黏度大、凝固点高,因此就更不利于油水分离,去除油和悬浮物比较困难。同时,废水中含有大量生物抑制性物质,加之废水水质水量变化大,冲击负荷高,使得大多数厂家处理装置运行效果并不好。为此针对高稠油炼制废水需要开发有效的新型处理工艺。膜生物反应器(MBR)是活性污泥法和超滤膜结合,以膜分离技术取代传统常规活性污泥法中二沉池的污水处理新方法,得益
