建设项目水资源论证决策支持系统研究

摘要随着社会经济的发展,我国水资源问题日益突出。对建设项目进行水资源科学论证,可以有效地加强水资源开发利用的事前和过程管理,促进水资源的优化配置和可持续利用,保障建设项目的合理用水要求。本文采用Visual basic 。通过对用户、人机交互界面、数据库子系统和模型库子系统的设计,实现建设项目地下水、地表水及项目退水信息化管理。并通过地表水论证、地下水论证,取退水影响论证及行洪论证四个功能模块来处理系统后台数据库和模型参数,向决策者提供需要的数据信息,该系统在使用中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract Along with social economy development,water resources question of our country prominents day by day. water justification for project can strengthen the water resources development use management in anticipation and process effectively, Promote water resources optimized disposition and sustainable use and safeguard reasonable water-used request of project. In this article,the author use Visual basic for researching and developing water justification decision support system for project. Through user, man-machine interaction contact surface, database subsystem and model base subsystem's design,Realizing the informationization management of ground water, the surface water and the project drawing back water of project. And through the surface water proof, the ground water proof, taking and drawing back the water influence proof of taking and drawing back the water and flood capacity proof four functional module ,processing system backstage database and the model parameter and Supplying the data message which the policy-maker needs,this system has made the good effect in the use.
