摘要
随着我国社会经济改革的不断深化,经济社会有了非常大的发展,直接导致社会形态发生很大变化,在人际关系上、生活处事上以及思想观念上都发生了很大的变化。作为社会的一部分大学生自然也会在潜移默化中受到影响,他们在思维上更加的开放,在价值取向上更加的多元。在社会不断变革这一大背景下,由于种种社会因素的影响,教育环境悄然的发生了变化,这使得高校辅导员的工作带来了很大挑战,辅导员本身的问题也更加的突出,如专业性欠缺,研究专业存在很大的出入,在工作理念以及相关意识比较滞后,表现为更加的突出行政性,缺乏人性化,不能有效的把握学生心理,问题解决认同率低。基于此,对如何构建职业化的高校辅导员队伍就变得越来越迫切了。
本文以泰州职业技术学院为研究个案,利用社会工作这个学科作为辅导员职业化建设的理论和实践依据,因为长期以来辅导员都是思想政治教育为主,且辅导员队伍一般都缺乏专业的知识,从业背景比较复杂很难应对新形势下高校面学生面对的新问题。本文主要分为四部分,第一部分主要以江苏省泰州职业技术学院为研究个案例,重点分析了该校的辅导员队伍职业化建设现状及存在的瓶颈;第二部分,论述了运用社会工作的理论和方法介入到高校辅导员的工作中,重点指出了学校社会工作理念和方法作为高校辅导员队伍职业化建设具有可行性。第四部分对社会工作理念和方法在高校辅导员队伍职业化中运用进行了有关的评价,肯定其发挥了非常积极的作用,同时也指出了社会工作方法理论在高校辅导员建设中应当注意的问题。第四部分,对基于社会工作视角下,泰州职业技术学院辅导员高校辅导员工作职业化建设构建提出了自己的一些看法。

Abstract
With the deepening of social and economic reforms,economic and social has the very big development,and cause a big change of the social form directly,in interpersonal relationship,life skills,and great changes have taken place in the thought part of the society,college students naturally will be affected,in imperceptible in their thinking more open,more diversity in terms of value the backdrop,society change constantly due to various social factors,the influence of education environment quietly changed,which makes the university counselor's work has brought great challenges,the counselor itself is also more prominent,such as professional lack,studies there is a big discrepancy,in the work idea and relevant awareness lags behind,the performance is more prominent administrative,lack of human nature,cannot be effectively grasp the students psychological,problem solving low approval on this,how to build a professional counselor team in colleges and universities es more and more urgent.
