摘要:全光照喷雾条件下连翘嫩枝扦插试验结果表明:影响连翘嫩枝扦插生根率、生根长度的主要因素为基质类型、生长调节剂的浓度以及插穗类型。在珍珠岩、蛭石混合基质中,插穗留半叶,用浓度为200 mg·L-1 IBA溶液速蘸处理,其扦插效果最好,%。

Study on Tender Branch Cutting of Forsythia Suspensa with
Full Sunlight and Auto-spray System

Abstract: An experiment was conducted to study the tender branch cutting of Forsythia suspensa with full sunlight and auto-spray system. The result shows that the main factors influencing rooting rate and root length of F. suspensa cuttings are the type of medium, the concentration of IBA and the type of branch. In perlite and vermiculite mixed medium, cions treated by half leaf and dip in 200 mg·L-1 IBA about 90 min, the rooting rate is %.

连翘Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl 系木犀科Oleaceae连翘属Forsythia Vahl 落叶灌木,别名黄寿丹、黄绶丹、绶带[1]。连翘是重要的经济型灌木资源,不仅是传统常用大宗中草药,而且是水土保持、造林绿化、干旱半干旱地区植被建设的重要材源,同时也是观赏性较高的园林树种,应用广泛,市场前景广阔。连翘可用播种、扦插、压条、分株等方法繁殖,在生产中,主要采用嫩枝扦插繁殖和播种繁殖[2]。全光照喷雾嫩枝扦插技术是目前连翘育苗普遍采用的一项技术,可以使过去认为不易生根的植物扦插繁殖成功,而且该技术操作简单,可大大缩短育苗周期,提高苗木质量,实现工厂化育苗和自动化管理[3]。该技术已被广泛应用于多种植物的无性繁殖[4-7]。以往连翘扦插繁殖方法比较粗放,对扦插基质、药剂浓度、插条等因子无严格要求,对其因子与生根率、扦插成活率的关系研究
