【摘要】我国在建设创新型国家的过程中面临着基础研究的创新能力亟待提高,技术转化利用率低,创新人才匮乏,创新文化不足的问题。研究型大学在建设创新型国家的过程中,要坚守精英教育的原则,培养创新人才;重视基础研究,从根本上提高国家的创新能力;营造自由创新的学术文化,带动国家创新文化的形成和发展;通过应用基础研究和创新能力转移的方式提升国家的创新能力。

The Role of Research University in the Process of Constructing Innovative Nation

Abstract: China has been facing with some difficulties in the process of constructing innovative country, such as, weak innovation ability, low ratio of transformation and application of research results, shortage of innovative talents, Lack of innovative culture, etc. There four principles to insist on for research universities in the period of constructing innovative nation. Firstly, insisting on the principle of elitist education to cultivate creative talents; Secondly, devoting more attention to fundamental research to improve national creative ability; Thirdly, constructing free and creative academic culture to promote the formation and growth of national innovative culture; Lastly, to promote national creative ability through applied basic research and transformation of innovation ability.

研究型大学是大师云集之所,拥有一流的科研条件,是国家创新发展的动力站,理应在建设创新型国家的过程发挥突出的作用。我国研究型大学的人才培养是否满足了建设创新型国家对人才的需求,科学研究是否很好地促进了国家创新能力的提高,是否较好发挥了引领文化的作用,需要研
