[摘要] 目的探讨丙戊酸钠治疗脑卒中后癫痫的临床效果。方法选取2011年6月~2013年6月本院收治的50例脑卒中后癫痫患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各25例,对照组给予抗凝、改善脑血液循环治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予丙戊酸钠治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,%,%,差异有统计学意义(P<)。两组神经功能缺损程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论丙戊酸钠治疗脑卒中后癫痫,效果显著,具有较高的临床价值,值得在各级医院推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of sodium valproate for treatment of post-stroke epilepsy.
