军队院校科技期刊的现状与发展策略

摘要军队院校主办或承办的科技期刊有 88种。归纳出其
军队院校科技期刊的现况调查
刊发内容分类、刊期、发行范围、地区分布和隶属关系等情况, 1
认为军队院校科技期刊具有专业特色明显、办刊经费相对充[ 4 ]
据统计,全国有普通高校 1 867所,其中本科院
足、管理相对宽松等优势,同时面临着保密与交流的矛盾、封闭
校 1 079所[ 5 ] 。我国高等学校主办的期刊有 2 700多
办刊、学术影响力低、编辑队伍不稳定等困难。提出了相应的
3 种,占全国 9 549种期刊[ 6 ]的 28. 3% ;高校主办或承办
发展对策。
