摘要由于在社会经济方面存在诸多差异,大城市规划管理信息化模式很难直接应用于中小城市,而后者在国
家信息化发展战略中具有重要意义。文章以增城市为例,深入分析了中小城市规划管理信息化平台体系模式的
建设方案、体系构架与关键技术特征,强调该模式的实用性、经济性和整体性,以期为我国中小城市规划管理信
息化建设提供参考和启示。
