关于农业信息化与农村信息化关系的探讨

摘要:文章通过分析农业、农村的概念,根据新农村建设“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管
理民主”的总体目标,将新农村信息化建设分为农业信息化、农村信息化建设两部分,并提出新农村信息
化建设体系。阐述了农业信息化、农村信息化内涵及任务,同时,也辨析了二者的关系,农业信息化和农
村信息化相互影响,交叉促进,统一于新农村信息化建设。
