表面活性剂辅助提取葛根总黄酮的工艺研究

摘要:目的比较不同表面活性剂辅助提取葛根总黄酮的效果,确定最佳表面活性剂并优化葛根总黄酮的最佳提取工
艺。方法通过正交试验,筛选葛根总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果聚山梨酯20辅助提取葛根总黄酮效果最好,葛根总黄
酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度50 %,料液比1:30,聚山梨酯20 %,提取时间30 min。结论本实验最佳工艺提取率可
mg/g,且节能、省时。

Technology Research of Extracting Total Flavonoids from Puerariae Lobatae Radix by Surfactant

Abstract: Objective To determine the best surfactant and the optimal extraction technology paring different
surfactants’effect in assisting to extract total flavones from Puerariae Lobatae Radix. Methods The optimal
extraction technology was determined by an orthogonal experiment. Results Tween 20 was the best surfactant
in assisting to extract total flavones from pueraria. And the optimal extraction technology was as follows: the
concentration of ethanol was 50%, the ratio of pueraria to solvent was 1:30, the dosage of Tween 20 was %, the
extraction time was 30min. Conclusion In this study, the extraction rate under the optimal technology condition can
be up to mg /g , and the extraction technology can be energy-saving, time-saving.
