从粉煤灰中提取氧化铝熟料溶出过程工艺研究

摘要:对粉煤灰和石灰石烧成的熟料在碳酸钠溶液中的溶出过程进行研究,探讨碳酸钠用量、溶出温度、溶出
时间及液固比等工艺条件对熟料溶出中 Al2O3 和 SiO2 溶出效果的影响。研究结果表明:在碳酸钠用量约为理论量
的 倍,溶出温度为 50~60 ℃,保温时间为 40~60 min,液固比为 3~4 的条件下,熟料中 Al2O3 的溶出率大于
82%,溶出液中 Al2O3 质量浓度约为 36 g/L,溶液的硅量指数铝、硅质量比大于 46;溶出产生的钙硅渣成分及其
质量分数为:Al2O3 %,SiO2 %,CaO %,Fe2O3 %,TiO2。%,Na2O %;熟料的主要物
相为γ-2CaO·SiO2 和 CaCO3。

Study on leaching process of sintered powder in
extracting alumina from fly ash

Abstract: The Na2CO3 solution leaching process of sintered powder obtained from sintering process of fly ash and
limestone was studied. The influence of technical conditions on leaching of Al2O3 and SiO2 in leaching process was
examined. The results indicate that the leaching ratio of alumina in sintered powder can be more than 82%, the
concentration of Al2O3 in leaching solution is about 36 g/L and the siliceous modulus is
