I. Entering of contracts and winning of petitions recently
Shenzhen Fangda Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. – one of the fully-owned
subsidiaries of pany has recently won in petition for Hefei Xindi
Center project and entered the contract for the curtain wall project of Jingdezhen
Diwang Plaza; Shenyang Fangda Semi-conductor Lighting Co., Ltd. – the holding
subsidiary of pany has won in petition for Shenyang Summer
Palace City Plaza LED lighting project, and entered the contract for the outdoor
full-color LED displayer of Shenyang Wanrun Xincheng. Contracts of the above
projects are amounted to RMB114,372,.
II. Influence of the project on pany
1. The above amount account for % of the annual turnover of 2010. Executing of
these contracts will contribute to increasing of profit in 2011 and eeding years.
However it is dependent on the actual practice of the contracts regarding prepayment,
engineering process, receiving, and clearance, etc. Thus their influences on the
