密码 SoC 中数据存储保护机制研究与设计倡

摘要: 基于一款自主知识产权密码的研发需求,定义了该密码生命周期中涉及到的相关人员类型,
SoC SoC
给出了一种存储器分区管理方案;对不同人员类型的访问权限进行分配,给出了一种权限裁决电路的设计原理。
最后,对存储保护机制进行了实现,并对其进行了原型验证。结果表明,该设计满足预期权限控制要求,
FPGA
可为软/硬件一体化设计更复杂的存储保护功能提供最基础的读写保护。
