摘要:针对我国湿法磷酸生产过程中排出的大量磷石膏工业副产品的现状,本文对磷石膏的利用进行了研究,磷石膏制备α半水石膏是实现磷石膏综合应用的有效途径,本文综述了近十年来对α型半水石膏的晶体结构、α型半水石膏的形成机理、α型半水石膏的生产工艺和方法的研究,以及α型半水石膏的晶形转化剂研究的一些新进展,α型半水石膏制备的新工艺、新方法,α型半水石膏的应用前景。

1研究现状
磷石膏是湿法磷酸生产过程中排出的以二水硫酸钙为主要成分的沉淀物,是磷化工生产中最主要的工业副产品。通常情况下,~。磷石膏中二水硫酸钙含量高达90%以上,是一种重要的再生石膏资源,长期以来磷石膏因含有一定磷、***、有机物等杂质而使其利用问题成为国际技术难题,所以主要采取堆存措施。但随着磷肥产量的增加,磷石膏的堆存量与日俱增,不仅占用大量土地、耗费可观资金,浪费资源,且可溶性P2O5、F-和重金属元素等随雨水浸出,
