企业中的企业文化在企业管理中被广泛运用。在理论上,企业文化是企业的价值观念,企业的道德观念与企业对于员工和领导的行业要求的组合。它是企业在当时经济情况、社会情况下,企业所有员工都要执行的行为准则。
在经济与市场快速发展的21世纪,企业也面临着非常大的竞争,往往一些大的企业,它存在的价值缘于它的企业文化,因此,企业所竞争的通常是企业文化。
在这样的竞争环境下,企业的企业文化也成为了一个企业与其它企业竞争的核心能力。企业在市场中竞争的能力决定了企业能否可持续的快速发展,而企业文化就是这种能力的基础与核心。企业文化建立与发展的过程中,可以使企业全体员工拥有共同的观念,形成一个整体,大家团结一心。对外则难以形成企业的竞争力。因此,建设独特而优秀的企业文化,对于提升企业的核心竞争力和帮助企业顺利地参与国际市场的竞争都是至关重要的。因此,本文就PQ电器集团企业文化建设优化展开了一系列地研究。通过研究发现,PQ电器集团企业文化建设主要存在以下问题:企业文化建设与公司发展战略联系的紧密度不够,企业仍然缺乏一套可行的高效的企业文化建设运行机制,企业缺乏领导带头和密切参与的企业文化建设组织,企业文化建设水平提升缓以及慢员工参与企业文化建设参与度不高等问题,本文对以上问题提出具体的优化措施,主要为公司高管率先垂范增强客户服务理念、增强客户服务能力,提高企业经营效益以员工为本,实施民主管理和情感管理相结合的管理策略塑造符合企业定位的良好的企业形象为员工营造积极健康、充满活力的工作氛围和温馨舒适的生活氛围。
