在这种情况下,我们有必要找出合适的供应链物流网络优化模型来降低企业亏损并提高效益。本研究先论述了供应链物流网络的构造,接着又研究了我国供应链物流网络优化时所遇到的问题和挑战,随后又研究了供应链物流网络优化时的方法、原则、和步骤,然后又以德邦物流公司为例,用遗传算法对德邦物流济南分公司进行了物流网络优化,并用数据进行了验证,又分析了公司在优化之后的效果。通过对供应链物流网络优化模型的认识能够为企业改革者提供一些新的决策依据,提高企业的工作效率,降低运营成本。

Abstract
Following with the rapid development of world economy and the strong improvement of economical globalization , Competition in the supply chain is ing a key element of the new era of petition. Corporate ess or failure depends not only on its own strength, and the need to use a variety of services to petitive advantage in the supply chain industry.
In this case, we need to find the right supply chain work optimization model to reduce losses and improve efficiency. we first study the structure of the supply chain work, and then study the problems and challenges encountered in the supply chain work optimization, followed by after the supply chain work optimization method,Principles, and , by Debon panies, for example, we use ic algorithms to optimize Debon logistics Jinan branch, and then we get the data validation, analysis of the effect of pany after the optimization. Understanding through the supply chain work optimization model for corporate reformers to provide some basis for decision making, improving the work efficiency, reduce operating costs.
