摘要
随着计算机技术和互联网以及视频压缩技术日渐趋于成熟,IPTV在高速互联网上的应用成为现实,发展前景非常广阔。对于IPTV 业务,网络传输既有语音,又有视频数据,实时性很强。用户需要的是高质量、流畅的画面,任何超过人们可接受程度的信号中断、马赛克等都影响视频质量,从而降低人们的视觉感受,因此,如何改善IPTV视频质量是非常必要的,而其核心技术就是发生丢失的信号进行恢复或补偿。
本文针对IPTV视频流在传输或接收的过程出现丢包、误码情况,提出基于权重马尔可夫随机场WMRF内插误码掩盖算法,以提高IPTV视频质量,,以提高人们的视觉感受。通过实验证明,本文误码掩盖算法在客观质量和主管质量上都有一定的提高。

ABSTRACT
With the development puter technology, and pression technology, these make it e a reality that IPTV application in high-speed , development prospects are very wide. For IPTV business speaking, network transmission has both voice and vedio data, real-time is very strong. What the user needs is the picture with high quality and smooth frame, any more than people can accept degree of signal interruption, such as video quality impact Mosaic, thus decreasing the vision of people feeling, therefore , how to improve the IPTV video quality is very necessary, and its core technology is lost signal recovery pensation.
Video for IPTV transmitted or received in the process appeared lost package, error condition, based on the WMRF is proposed to improve the video quality, using the errorcode conceal technology which is presented in this paper to recover damaged video, in order to improve people's visual experience. The experiments have proved that the errorcode conceal technology which this paper presents make a provement in both objective quality and subjective quality.
