中药提取物中重金属离子的去除方法研究

摘要:采用 001×7 强酸性阳离子交换树脂,对中药提取物中有害重金属离子 Pb2+、Cd2+、Cu2+进行吸附去除试验,并检测离子
交换处理对其黄酮含量回收率的影响。结果表明:001×7 强酸性阳离子交换树脂对于中药提取物所含重金属离子 Pb2+、Cd2+、Cu2+去
除效果显著,黄酮回收率为 ~%。001×7 强酸性阳离子交换树脂对金属具有较大的吸附量:10 mL 湿树脂分别可以吸附 Pb2+
离子 mg,或 Cu2+离子 mg,或 Cd2+离子 mg。

Removal of Heavy Metal Ion from Chinese Herb Extract

Abstract: 001×7 strong-acid cation exchange resin was used to remove the harmful heavy metal ions Pb2+, Cd2+ and Cu2+ in the Chinese
herb extract, and the recovery of flavonoid was also detected. The results showed that 001×7 strong acid cation exchange resin was of great
efficiency for the removal of Pb2+, Cd2+ and Cu2++ in the Chinese herb extract, and the recovery of flavonoid was ~%. 001×7
strong-acid cation exchange resin had a large adsorption capacity. 10 ml Wet exchange resin could adsorb mg Pb2+, mg Cu2+, or
mg Cd2+, respectively.
