洋葱中黄酮类化合物提取方法研究
摘要
洋葱,别名葱头,为百合科葱属植物。洋葱中含有硫化物、类黄酮、苯丙素酚类化合物、含氮化合物等成份,其中黄酮类化合物含量最多。研究表明,黄酮类化合物具有非常广泛的药理作用,具有抗癌镇痛,提高免疫能力等药用保健功能;还有降压降血脂,增加冠脉流量,强心,抗心律不齐等药理作用。
近年来,国内外有众多关于从洋葱中提取黄酮类化合物的研究,方法有水浸提法、微波提取法、乙醇提取法等。这些提取方法都采用了高温烘干的方法对洋葱皮进行处理,而温度过高会影响黄酮的提取率。
本文采用酶解法处理洋葱皮,然后采用乙醇浸提法提取洋葱中黄酮类化合物。研究了酶解各因素对黄酮类化合物提取率的影响,找出一套最佳的提取工艺条件。研究结果表明,最佳提取条件为:酶解温度为45℃,酶解pH值为6—7,酶解时间为60min,‰,乙醇浓度为70%,浸提时间为90min。

The research indicated that flavonoid has the very widespread pharmacological action, has the anticancer treatment analgesia, sharpens the immunity ability and so on for medicinal purposes health care function; Also has falls the pressure drop blood fats, increases caps the ripple quantity, strong heart, anti-heart rhythm uneven and so on pharmacological actions.
In recent years, the home had about withdraws flavonoid numerously from the onion the research, the method has the water immersion formulation, the microwave extraction process, the ethyl alcohol extraction process and so on. These extraction plans used the high temperature drying method to carry on processing to the foreign onion skin, but the hyperpyrexia will affect the flavanone the extraction rate.
Using enzymes method, then the onion skin with ethanol extraction of pounds extracted Onions. The study of enzymatic hydrolysis extraction of each factor to influence of flavonoids, find a set of optimal extraction process conditions. Research results show that the best condition for: 45 degrees Celsius temperature of enzymatic hydrolysis enzyme solution, pH value for 6-7, enzymatic hydrolysis time for 60min, enzyme dosage for 2
