城市工业区规划研究
——以商丹工业园区为例
摘要:中国改革开放30年来取得的巨大成就表明,工业园区作为产业集聚的重要载体,对推进国家和地区城市化进程起到了显著的支撑作用。工业园区的诞生是后工业革命的产物,从诞生起便烙着推进工业化的印记,而工业化的必然结果是城市化。近年来我国工业园区的蓬勃发展,使城市化进程逐步加快。因此,工业区的发展与工业化、城市化进程必然存在着密切的关系。本文以商丹工业园区为例,通过论述工业园发展状况及布局特点,对我国工业园规划建设做了一个系统阐述。在介绍工业园研究的背景,意义及相关概念和分类等的理论基础上,着重探讨了商丹工业园区的规划布局,以及在做商丹工业园区规划时,所主要考虑的问题,如选址,人口, 道路,交通,景观等方面,运用SWOT方法分析了商丹工业园区发展所面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,确定了工业园发展规划方案,并系统总结了本研究的主要成果和结论。

Abstract: China has made tremendous achievements in reform and opening up 30 years showed that industrial parks as important carriers of industry agglomeration, to promote the urbanization process in countries and regions play a significant role in support. After the emergence of the industrial park is a product of the industrial revolution, from the brand mark of the industrialization since the birth, and the inevitable consequence of industrialization is urbanization. In recent years the rapid development of industrial parks in China, gradually speeding up the process of urbanization. Therefore, industrial development and the industrialization and urbanization process there must be a close relationship.
