不同规格黄芩的饮片产地加工方法研究

[摘要] 目的:对不同规格黄芩药用部位不同干燥状态切制饮片的方法进行考察,并与传统方法炮制的饮片进行比较研
究,探讨黄芩饮片产地加工的可行性。方法:测定黄芩药用部位的含水量并切制饮片,以 HPLC 法测定不同方法炮制的饮片中
有效成分黄芩苷、黄芩素的含量,同时比较各饮片醇溶性浸出物含量。结果:药材含水量在 28% ~ 42% 时,不仅易于直接切制
饮片,且饮片无变绿现象,浸出物及黄芩苷、黄芩素含量与传统方法炮制的黄芩饮片相近,可以作为黄芩饮片产地加工炮制的
工艺条件。结论:产地加工炮制方法不仅简化了饮片生产流程,而且能更有效地避免因黄芩苷水解导致的饮片变绿现象,减少
有效成分的流失,保证饮片质量。
