基于相似匹配测度的中医证候疗效评价方法研究

摘要:目的提出一种基于相似匹配测度的中医临床证候判别与证候疗效评价方法。方法结合中药治疗肝炎
肝硬化临床数据资料及其现有证候评判标准,建立肝炎肝硬化“理想证型”,应用相似匹配测度算法进行中医证候的
判别研究,并进行临床疗效评价分析。结果中药治疗肝炎肝硬化后,每种证候都呈现出一定的变化和分布特点。同
时,进一步通过比较每位患者前后相似匹配测度差值,发现中药用药组疗效优于安慰剂组,但 2 组间差异未见统计学
意义。结论采用相似匹配测度方法能够从一个新的角度将中医证候分析从定性向定量转化,为中医临床证候研究和
疗效评价提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Objective To put forward TCM syndrome identification and the assessment of clinical therapeutic
effectiveness of TCM syndrome based on similarity match measure. Methods Based on the clinic standard
and clinic data, the ideal TCM syndromes of posthepatitic cirrhosis was created. Similarity match measure
method was applied to recognize the types of TCM syndromes and assessed the clinical therapeutic
