影片《卧虎藏龙》的跨文化品格分析

摘要
全球影视传媒业的迅速发展,使得跨文化交流的广度和深度得到了前所未有的拓展。
电影作为跨文化交流最有效方式之一,越来越多地承担着跨文化传播的重任。而华语电
影的影响力已逐渐突破其核心的亚洲受众群,在北美票房排行榜上屡创新高。其中华语
武侠片《卧虎藏龙》更是包揽了第 73 界奥斯卡的四项大奖,让厚德载物的东方文化在
太平洋彼岸获得了空前的辉煌。
本文试图通过重新解读影片《卧虎藏龙》在西方文化里的成功,从跨文化交际和大众
传媒的理论视角来分析影片本身的跨文化品格。本文理论构架主要来自跨文化交际中霍
夫斯蒂的权力距离,个人主义和集体主义,儒学动力等几个价值体系. 本文研究结果表
明:跨文化电影《卧虎藏龙》的成功归因于跨文化品格的出现,即在东西方文化差异上
寻求一种宽容和认同;同时,影片本身的跨文化品格又将促进跨文化交流和大众传媒的
发展。
本文展望,在全球化语境下,如果华语电影导演注重培养影片的跨文化品格,越来
越多的华语电影将能够逐渐实现与西方文化的融合,从而使得我们可以用自己的影视作
品在跨文化传播领域做出更大的贡献,并为自己民族在跨文化交流领域赢得更多尊重。

Abstract
With the rapid development of global media industry, munication
happens on an unprecedented scale, inserting its influence in every aspect of social life. The
film e one of the most effective means for munication and also carries
the mission of disseminating the Chinese cultural abroad. The impact of Chinese products out
of the Asian audience, films are always on the top of the triumphant prizewinners in
Hollywood. Chinese Knight-errant Film, Crouching Tiger and Hidden dragon, is a box hit
and four Academy prizes go to this low-budget foreign language film. The historical eastern
culture achieves such a big ess on the other side of the Pacific Ocean.
In the dissertation, a careful and painstaking analysis of intercultural personhood is
carried out, from the angle of munication and mass media, based on the
viewing on the ess of Crouching Tiger and Hidden dragon in western culture. The
dissertation mainly draws its theoretical nutrition from Hofstede’s value dimensions: power
distance, individualism vs. collectivism, Confucius dynamism in munication.
The research reveals that the intercultural film’s ess owe to its intercultural personhood,
that is to say, how to obtain the tolerance and acceptance beyond the western and eastern
