摘要目的:观察和分析宫颈腺癌的临床特征,总结其临床价值。方法:2002年1月-2013年12月收治宫颈腺癌患者15例,对其临床资料进行分析。结果:***镜检查显示,本组15例患者中,8例存在宫颈肥大以及不同程度的宫颈柱状上皮异位(%),其中4例患者上皮呈云雾状且伴随点状出现(50%),2例上皮呈云雾状伴随血管异常增生(25%),2例检查结果未见异常症状。7例宫颈内存在不明包块(%)。通过病理学诊断,15例患者中有60%黏液腺癌,20%内膜样腺癌,20%腺鳞癌。结论:加强对各地区宫颈病变疾病的普查工作,该方式有利于疾病的早期诊断、早期治疗。对于检查结果异常的患者,应及时行临床病理学诊断,提高临床诊断率。
