摘要:通过提高木粉含量和表面打磨相结合的方法,制备了一种外观与天然木材相似的PP木塑复合材料。研究了偶联剂、温度和老化箱中老化时间对该PP木塑复合材料强度的影响,结果表明:本文工艺条件下,马来酸酐接枝PP比其它偶联剂对提高PP木塑复合材料的强度更有效;随着温度降低,增韧PP木塑复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度升高,而冲击强度降低,但降低很少;由于稳定剂和木粉屏蔽的双重作用,PP木塑复合材料的抗老化性能较好。

Abstract: A wood-posite looked like coarse grained wood was manufactured via increasing wood powder content of it and burnishing its surface. Effects of coupling agent, temperature and ageing time in aging oven on mechanical properties of the wood-posite were investigated. The results showed that MAH-g-PP is more effective for improving the mechanical strengths than other coupling agents under the conditions in this work. As temperature falls, the tensile strength and flexural strength of the wood-posite increase, the impact strength decreases but a little. The wood-posite has good ageing resistance due to the double-action of stabilizer and screening effect of wood powder.

木塑复合材料是以农林废弃物(如木粉、竹粉、糠粉等)和废旧塑料(如PP、PE等)为主要原料,并添加少量添加剂,用挤出成型法或其它成型法制成的类似于木材特性的型材或异型材,主要用作木材的替代品[1-10]。木塑复合材料具有一系列优点,产品象木材一样
