摘要
随着市场竞争的日益激烈,首钢集团得到快速发展,但随着企业的发展,组织规模的扩大,首钢集团面临着一系列的风险,尤其是财务风险。财务风险形成的因素是企业多变的理财环境和复杂的内部关系产生的,企业在生产经营过程中的失误最终都会通过财务危机表现出来。
本文在总结国内外有关财务风险与内部控制相关文献的基础上,以首钢集团北京第一钢铁有限公司为例,对首钢集团财务风险的现状及对在投资、筹资、融资过程中财务风险形成因素进行了分析,运用所学理论知识结合首钢集团现状,对该行业存在的财务风险问题提出科学的建议和对策。鉴于对财务风险控制进行优化的成功经验与模式,在投资、融资、营运等环节识别风险点, 采取有针对性的措施防范和控制首钢集团的财务风险,从根本上预防和控制财务风险。
本文结合财务风险控制理论,对首钢集团财务风险现状存在的问题和形成因素进行了较深入的分析和研究,并提出了具体的解决办法。第一部分,简要说明了本文的研究背景、意义和国内外研究的现状;第二部分,主要是对财务风险理论和财务风险控制理论进行了简要的概述;第三部分,介绍了首钢集团,对财务风险形成的因素及存在问题进行了说明,对在发展过程中财务风险的表现进行了分析;第四部分,在进行原因分析的基础上,针对首钢集团财务风险中存在问题提出相应的解决措施和建议;第五部分,结论部分对本文的研究进行了简要的概括,并就本文研究中存在的不足之处进行了说明,为今后首钢集团高速、健康发展提供了思考与借鉴。

ABSTRACT
With the increasingly fierce petition, shougang group get fast development, but with the development of the enterprise, the expansion of the scale anization, it is facing a series of risk, especially the financial risk. The financial risk of the enterprise changeful form factor is the financial environment plex internal relations of generation, enterprise in the production and operation process of the error will finally through the financial crisis es out.
This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant in financial risk and internal control relevant literature, and on the basis of shougang group in Beijing first steel Co., LTD. As an example, the present situation of the financial risk of shougang group and from factors are analyzed by using their theory bined with shougang group present situation, the existence of the industry the financial risk of the problem put forward scientific suggestions and countermeasures.
