摘要! 本文从博弈论的角度, 针对高校图书馆招投标之前采购经费在图书、期刊、电子资源这三方面的分配问题, 对
采购经费在这三类文献的分配符合 N 人合作博弈模型作了分析, 在解法上选择 Shapley 值法加以求解。最后, 以某高校图书馆为
例, 通过问卷调查, 获取真实数据, 求解采购经费的最优配置模型, 并对结果进行分析和探讨。

Study on the Optimal Funds Allocation Model of
University Library Based on Cooperative Game

Abstract! This article discussed the problem of funds allocation among books, periodicals and electronic resources before
procurement. From the perspective of game theory, it concluded that the model of funds allocation among these publications was in
line with the model of N - person cooperative game. For the solution, it selected the shapley value method to solve the problem.
And then this article set some university library as an example, solved the optimal funds allocation model according to question
naires, finally analyzed and discussed the results, and made a conclusion.
