邯郸市明珠花园社区家庭体育现状调查研究
摘要
家庭体育是一人或多人在家庭生活中安排的或自愿以家庭名义参与的,以身体练习为基本手段,以获得运动知识技能、满足兴趣爱好、丰富家庭生活、达到休闲娱乐、实现强身健体和促进家庭稳定为主要目的教育过程和文化活动。本文运用问卷调查法,文献资料,数理统计,逻辑分析法访谈法等,对明珠花园社区家庭体育开展的现状及影响因素和存在的问题进行分析。研究结果表明:明珠花园社区居民家庭体育的态度是积极的,%,且这部分成员中只有孩子和老人占了一定比例,存在着“体育观念,意识较强而体育行为滞后”的现象。针对研究结果提出如下建议:,树立正确的体育价值观;,,。

ABSTRACT
Family sports is one or more people in the family life or family name of voluntary participation, to exercise as the basic method, to obtain the exercise knowledge and skills, to meet the interests, enrich the lives of families, to entertainment, achieve physical fitness and promoting family stability as the main objective of the education process and cultural activities. In this paper, using the method of questionnaire investigation, documents, mathematical statistics, logic analysis interview method, carries on the analysis to the present situation and affect factors of Pearl munity family sports and problems. The results show that: the Pearl munity residents family sports attitude is positive, but the actual family sports is only %, and this part of members of the children and the elderly only accounted for a certain proportion the existence of "sports concept, strong consciousness and sports behavior lag" phenomenon.
