皮带输送机是高强力、大运量、大功率的现代化的大型运输设备,在国民经济中发挥着重要的作用。
本文通过对皮带输送机张紧装置的分析,指出当前张紧装置存在的缺陷,对张紧装置的结构进行了改进设计。设计的张紧装置主要由液压系统等部分组成。
由于电流和负载之间存在线性比例关系,根据驱动电流来识别输送带上荷载量,电流信号在电控中经运算转化为系统所需的张紧力,再与拉力传感器测到的拉力相比较,比较的结果控制电磁阀,由电磁阀来控制液压缸的油路,液压系统提供相应的张紧力,使输送带上的张紧力随驱动电机电流的变化而变化,时刻使输送带的张紧处在一个动态控制的过程,为输送机提供正常运行的必要张力,防止打滑。从而实现对输送带适时、及时的动态张紧。

Abstract
The belt conveyer is the high force, the great transportation amolln4 the high efficiency modernization large-scale transport it is playing a vital role in the national economy.
After analyzing take-up assembly for belt conveyor, the current flaw that the device has existed is pointedoutin this paper. The improved take-up assembly consists of take-up hydraulic system, electric control etc.
The load can be obtained by electric current for its linear relation, Current signal by the electric control system puting systems into a tension force, then, with the pulling force which obtains after the pulling force pares again, compared with result control solenoid valve. By the solenoid valve to control the hydraulic cylinders of the circuit, so that the hydraulic system to provide the corresponding tension force, so that the tensioning force on the conveyor belt drive motor with the current changes.
