摘要:文章论述了车辆理赔的程序、车辆理赔的赔偿制度、国内外保险制度的对比、完善我国机动车辆保险理赔制度的建议。汽车保险的前提是自然灾害和意外事故。自然灾害和意外事故的客观存在。使人们设法寻找对付各种自然灾害和意外事故的措施。但是预防和控制显然是有限的,于是人们想到了经济补偿,而保险业就作为一种有效的经济补偿措施走进了人们的生活。而我们也越来越需要通过保险的方式来对自己遇到的自然灾害和意外事故进行经济补偿。

Title:Motor vehicle accident claims priority research
and analysis
Abstract:
This paper discusses vehicle claims procedures, vehicle pensation system, domestic and foreign insurance system contrast, perfect our country motor vehicle insurance claims system suggestion. Automobile insurance is the premise of natural disasters and accidents. The objective existence of natural disasters and accidents. Make people try to deal with all kinds of natural disasters and accidents measures. But prevention and control is limited, so people think of the pensation, and insurance as an effective measure of the pensation into people's lives. But we also need more and more by insurance way to encounter natural disasters and accidents in pensation.
