摘要
随着中国汽车市场的快速发展,汽车保有量的不断增加,汽车后市场也在快速的发展之中。汽车工业发展迅速,随着汽车保有量的增加,汽车维修保养行业也迅速发展,许多企业都在角逐国内汽车维修保养市场。目前,国内洗车机设备性能不够稳定,故障率高,外观设计存在抄袭,粗糙等弊端。
为背景,对自动洗车的工艺特点、工艺参数、控制难点进行综合分析,确定了自动洗车的控制方案,并对自动洗车控制系统进行了系统模拟联调和运行,完成了自动洗车控制系统中流程图绘制、数据库建立、动态链接、画面切换、故障和报警系统设计等等,实现了洗车过程中手自动切换,完成预洗、泡沫冲洗、清水冲洗和风干等环节。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China’s auto market ,car ownership is increasing gradually, which leads to fast developing of the automobile after-sales market. Under the circumstances of rapid development of automobile industry ,as well as the increase of the auto possession, car maintenance industry has won fast progress as well, which leads to petition among enterprises to meet petitive challenges of car maintenance market in domestic. At present, there are many ings with regard to domestic car washer equipment performance, such as not stable enough, high failure rate, plagiarized exterior design and rough performance, etc..
Against the background of Siemens , the paper prehensive analysis about the technological characteristics, technical parameters and control difficulties of automatic car washing process. Then, we can determine the automatic control scheme and conduct system simulation, joint debugging and operation about the automatic car-washing control system. We plete the task of flow chart drawing, database establishment, dynamic link, screen switching and the design of fault and alarm system of the automatic car-washing control system. Furthermore, we have achieved the goal of automatic hand switching during the car-washing process, as well as pre-washing, foam flushing, rinse and air drying, etc..
