摘要
中国—东盟自由贸易区的正式启动,为中国与东盟各国全面的农业合作奠定了良好的基础,中国与东盟各国的农业经济将融为一体。广西作为一个重要的农业大省及具有独特的区位优势,分析广西与东盟在农业方面的各自优劣和增强双方的互利性尤显必要。本文首先通过广西对东盟农产品贸易的特点选取25种不同农产品在最近几年的出口额的数据,采用显示性比较优势指数法(RCA)进行分析广西与东盟农产品在贸易中各自相对比的优势。其次从资源和技术方面分析广西东盟农产品贸易的互补性关系的优势。最后结合广西与东盟农产品贸易的现状对广西与东盟农产品贸易中存在的问题进行分析,并提出加强和扩大广西与东盟农产品贸易的八大对策,即一是要充分发挥政府的积极作用;二是要调整产业结构,增强双方贸易的互补性;三是大力构建广西与东盟农业科技合作平台;四是大力发展深加工,提高农产品附加值;五是积极引进和培育龙头企业形成产业集群六是要提高广西农产品的出口质量;七是要树立广西农产品自己的品牌,走农产品专业化、品牌化道路;八是要利用自身优势,促进投资与贸易相结合。

Analysis on the Prospects of Agricultural Trade Between Guangxi-ASEAN
Abstract
The establishing of China-ASEAN free trade has laid a good foundation for China and ASEAN countries in agricultural cooperation. The agricultural economy of China and ASEAN countries will be fused together. As a big important agricultural province, Guangxi has specific advantages. Therefore, it is important to analyse the advantages and disadvantages of Guangxi and ASEAN in agricultural and enhance the quality of both sides. Firstly, the article choose 25 different agricultural products’ data in recent years and use RCA to analysis advantages in the trade between Guangxi and ASEAN through the trade characteristics of Guangxi and ASEAN countries. Secondly, it analyses plementary relationships of Guangxi and ASEAN farm products’ trade through resources and technologies. Finally, the article analyses the existing problems according to the present situations of the trade. es up with eight policies to strengthen and expand the trade. First, make full use of the positive of the government; Second, Adjust the industrial structure, enhance plementary nature of bilateral trade; Third, Vigorously build the agricultural science and technology cooperation platform in Guangxi and ASEAN; Forth, Vigorously develop the deep processing, improve the added value of agricultural products; Fifth, introduce and cultivate leading enterprises and make them e industry clusters; Sixth, improve the export qualities of Guangxi
