摘要:中国加入WTO揭开了我国农业参与全球化竞争的序幕,中国农业的发展面临更多机遇的同时也将面临巨大的挑战和风险。当前,在国际贸易中绿色贸易壁垒问题已不可回避,农业作为一种弱质产业更容易受其影响,可以说绿色贸易壁垒已经成为我国农产品出口的一个重要限制因素,严重阻碍了我国农业经济的发展。山东是农业出口大省,不可避免的也受到了绿色贸易壁垒的影响。本文首先介绍了山东农产品出口现状,然后从绿色贸易壁垒的概念入手,对绿色贸易壁垒理论进行概述,接下来,联系山东农产品出口遭遇绿色贸易壁垒的现状,剖析了我国农产品受阻绿色贸易壁垒的内因和外因,最后,从我国农业发展的实际情况出发,针对绿色贸易壁垒,提出了一些可操作性的对策建议。
