摘要
本文通过对我国汽车举升机现状的调查、研究、分析,参考国内外解决举升机安全
与稳定性问题的解决措施,对几种举升机进行了分析,并结合我国举升机存在的实际情
况,提出了适合我国汽车修理行业的双层四轮定位汽车举升机设计方案。
本文首先阐述了双层四轮定位汽车举升机设计的目的和意义、发展状况以及应用前
景。,进
行了举升机构的机械系统、液压系统等主要机构的方案分析和选择,并对机械部分进行
了运动分析以及强度和刚度的校核计算,对液压系统进行了设计和计算。本课题基于计
算机仿真平台,应用当前CAD/CAE领域比较广泛二维软件AutoCAD、三维软件Pro/E、
有限元软件ANSYS及动态仿真软件ADAMS,进行了汽车举升机二维结构设计、三维实
体建模、举升机强度、刚度、稳定性及动态特性等方面的计算机仿真研究与分析。本设
计、研究与分析可以代替举升机物理样机的前期试验,为我国汽车举升机产品设计、技
术开发方面提供更多的理论参考,进一步提高国产汽车举升机的稳定性和可靠性,提高
产品的市场竞争力。

ABSTRACT
In this passage,through the status quo of China's automotive lift investigation, research,
analysis, refer to the lift at home and abroad of the solutions to resolve the issue of security
and stability,and carry out several lift analysis, combined with the existence actual situation of
our lift, put forward Double Wheel Alignment vehicle lift design for China's auto repair
industry,.
This passage described the purpose and significance,development and application
prospects of the Double Wheel Alignment vehicle lift for design. Analysis demonstrated that
the quality of a load lifting the Double Wheel Alignment car lif design program, a lifting
mechanism of the mechanical system, hydraulic system, electrical system and other major
institutions of program analysis and selection, and mechanical parts of the motion analysis, as
well as strength and stiffness of the calculation of the calibration of the hydraulic system and
