摘要
焦化废水是一种典型的高浓度难降解的有机工业废水。焦化废水的大量排放,不但对环境造成严重污染,同时也直接威胁到人类的健康。光合细菌可在有氧条件下分解有机物,通过氧化磷酸取得能量,而且光合细菌处理有机负荷高、占地面积小、能耗低、投资费用少等优势,同时产生的菌体还可以进行综合利用,因此PSB处理有机废水越来越受到人们重视。
本课题对光合细菌处理焦化废水的影响因素做了初步研究,主要内容要为PSB处理焦化废水影响因素的初步研究。由于光合细菌可以在无氧条件下处理有机废水,便于控制,因此本课题研究了在无氧环境下的pH,接种量,废水浓度,加入培养基的量以及处理时间对处理效果的影响。
单因素试验表明:,pH值为8时,接种量为4mL,培养基与焦化废水比例为1:4时COD去除率达到最高,处理时间越长,COD去除率越高。,pH为8,接种量为4mL,培养基的量为4mL时,处理3天,可以使COD为4000以上的焦化废水COD去除率达到60%以上,处理效果比较明显,有一定的应用价值。

Coking wastewater is a typical high concentration of anic industrial wastewater. Coking wastewater emissions, not only causing serious pollution to the environment, but also a direct threat to human health. Photosynthetic bacteria in the position anic matter under aerobic conditions, to obtain energy through oxidative phosphorylation and photosynthetic bacteria to handle the anic loading, small footprint, low energy consumption and less investment cost advantage, while producing bacteria can also prehensive utilization PSB anic wastewater more and more people's attention.
