【摘要】企业的经济效益增加和经济增长类似,除了依靠物质资本,人力资本和技术进步之外,更为重要的是取决于一系列相关的制度安排。实施知识产权战略对落实科学发展观、对建设创新型社会具有重要意义,知识产权保护不但可以支撑企业实现跨越发展,提高企业市场竞争的能力和水平,而且对提高企业自主创新能力具有重要意义。
贵州省大中型工业企业是知识产权保护程度最好的一类企业,故本文选择该类企业进行分析。本文以新制度经济学中的产权制度为研究方向,运用2000——2007年的相关数据,通过对2000年西部大开发战略实施以来贵州省知识产权保护制度对大中型工业企业经济效益之间的关系进行研究,揭示知识产权保护程度的提高对于增强企业的产出效益之间的关系。通过分析,从一个侧面对包括大中型工业企业在内的贵州省企业提高科技创新能力,加快企业发展提出相关政策建议。

The Empirical Analysis of Protection of intellectual property rights impact on the economic efficiency of enterprises in Guizhou
——An example to large and medium-sized industrial enterprises
ABSTRACT
Increase the economic efficiency of enterprises is similar to the economic growth, except to the physical capital, the human capital and the technological progress, the more important that depend on a number of related institutional arrangements. Implementation of intellectual property strategy for implementing the scientific development concept, to building an innovation-oriented society is of great significance, not only can support the protection of intellectual property rights across the enterprise to achieve development and enhance the ability of the enterprise market and the level petition, but also to enhance the capability of independent innovation of great significance.
Large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Guizhou Province is the best level of protection of intellectual property rights of a class of enterprises, this paper choose this kind of enterprises for analysis. This paper based on the property rights system of the new institutional economics, using 2000 - 2007 years of relevant data, through a analysis about the relationship between the implementation of intellectual property protection system and the economic benefits of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises since the western development strategy
