本文采用了综合研究法获得了研究结论。通过文献分析法的手段,整理和分析了国内中小学德育工作的现状及发展趋势;剖析了当前中小学德育、德育管理、教师培训理论研究的新进程。运用调查问卷法的方式,了解当前中小学德育管理者对德育管理的基本认识,以及他们对培训需求的评析,分析了中小学德育管理者知识能力结构,培训需求的不同内容与层次。通过个案研究法,选择了具有典型性的培训模式案例,进行了具体分析,吸取已有的教师在职培训模式的研究成果。在此基础上,主要通过实践研究法,研究“研训教一体”的中小学德育管理者培训模式的依据、要素、内容、方式、组织管理和评估方式,并将研究成果运用的教育实践中,为改进德育管理者培训方式提供科学的设计方案。

Explore on the "research, train and teach" all-in-one training mode of moral educators in primary and middle schools
In this paper we analysis the present situation and developing trend in the field of moral education in primary and middle schools. Through the method of literature study, we synthesis the new development of the theories on moral education, education management and teachers training. Through questionaire research, we have studied the basic attitude and demand of school moral education teachers and administrators towards moral education, analysised their knowledge and capability structure of virture education, explored all kinds of demands for teacher training of moral education. Through case research, we choosed some cases representing typical training mode as our research sample to summarize the present training mode for further practice. On the basis of above research and practices , we explore the "research, train and teach" all-in-one training mode of moral education by analysising their elements, content, methods, management and assessment, therefore we can give some suggestion to the teachers and administrators of virture education about how to design scientific training programs and how to achieve the best training effects.
