摘要
民营企业作为现代市场经济环境下的一支特殊的队伍,无论是在发达国家还是发展中国家,它在国民经济发展过程中的作用是不容忽视的。在世界经济快速多元化发展的过程中,世界各国都逐步的认识到民营企业的发展对国民经济发展的巨大的贡献作用,都在逐步建立适宜民营企业发展的各种制度、政策,力争为民营企业的发展提供良好的、健康的环境。然而民营企业目前却面临着巨大的生存危机。对企业而言,资金是企业的血液,是企业发展的命脉,成功的融资是民营企业得以发展和壮大的前提条件之一。民营企业融资难问题并不是一个国家一段时期内的个别问题,而是在长时间内困扰世界各国的一种通病,只是在不同的国家表现出的轻重程度不同而已。目前,民营企业融资难已经成为制约我国民营企业发展的最大、最根本的问题。

Abstract
As a special force in the modem market economy,medium—sized and small enterprises have played all irreplaceable role in the development of national economies of both developed and the rapid development of the diversified world economy,all countries have gradually realized the great contribution made by the MSE to the growth of their national ,by formulating appropriate policies and institutions,the governments are providing a sound and healthy environment for the development of ,these MSE still face grave survival the capital is the of all enterprise,the essence for the development of an enterprise, essful financing is a premise for the growth and prosperity of the difficulty is not an individual problem happening in a single country ,it has obsessed all countries for a long time with different ,financing difficulty has e the most severe and fundamental problem impeding the development of MSE in China.
