中小企业标准根据企业职工人数、销售额、资产总额等指标,结合行业特点制定。
中小企业标准为:
工业:职工人数2000人以下,或销售额30000万元以下,或资产总额为40000万元以下。其中,中型企业须同时满足职工人数300人及以上,销售额3000万元及以上,资产总额4000万元及以上;其余为小型企业。
建筑业: 职工人数3000人以下,或销售额30000万元以下,或资产总额40000万元以下。其中,中型企业须同时满足职工人数600人及以上,销售额3000万元及以上,资产总额4000万元及以上;其余为小型企业。
零售业:职工人数500人以下,或销售额15000万元以下。其中,中型企业须同时满足职工人数100人及以上,销售额1000万元及以上;其余为小型企业。批发业中小型企业须符合以下条件:职工人数200人以下,或销售额30000万元以下。其中,中型企业须同时满足职工人数100人及以上,销售额3000万元及以上;其余为小型企业。

交通运输业:
