对慢性心力衰竭患者实施标准电话访问管理的效果研究

【摘要】目的观察对慢性心力衰竭患者进行电话访问的效果。方法便利选取 160~r,j心功能Ⅲ一Ⅳ级的慢性心力衰竭患者作
为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组。对出院的干预组患者采用《标准电话访问手稿》进行为期 14周的电话访问;对照组只接
受常规护理。在患者出院后第 15周评价电话干预的效果。结果干预组患者较对照组而言,知识水平和生活质量得到明显
改善,但两组再入院情况没有显著的差异。结论电话访问对于慢性心力衰竭患者的康复能够起到积极的作用。
